Hello,

I was reading the July issue of CMC 
when I saw this message:

   Warning: This magazine contains links to 
   information that is unsuitable for persons 
   under 21 years of age. 

It is sad to see that the US government is trying 
to set rules without even knowing what's going on.  
I live in Italy, and here the limit is 18 years 
of age.  So if they want to rate documents, they 
should take in account that what's on the net is 
accessed also by people living outside the USA.  

If they want to force you to write that kind of
statements, the correct statement should be

   Warning: This magazine contains links to 
   information that is unsuitable for US citizens 
   under 21 years of age.

but (as for limitation on export of cryptographic 
technology) the world will laugh again.
